Choice/ Opt-Out
SpaYse Solutions provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communication from us and our partners by sending an email request to any personnel at SpaYse Solutions who will action effect of immediate.

Users who no longer wish to receive our membership communication or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communication by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

Information which may be collected:
Enquiries and members information is collected, used and stored depending on the reason of submission, although in both cases, data is given freely and you choose what information to share with us. We only collect data that is necessary to action the request.

Information gathered through our website may include identifiable contact details, company details, as well as your IP address.

A member must provide certain information to form the basis of their membership and to gain access to all benefits from their membership, contact information and information regarding the business you wish to register is not mandatory but advised for full membership purposes.

If we have trouble processing your membership application, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

SpaYse Solutions does not use this information for any other purpose.

How do we use the information that you provide to us?

We use a third party provider, Microdec to store our data and act as our company CRM. If you send an enquiry or submit a membership application, the data you have provided us will be stored within this CRM system, until policy dictates unnecessary to continue to store.

Social Media Platforms:
We use numerous third party providers, Hootsuite, Twitter & Instagram to manage our social media interactions.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite & the social media platform for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
