We use a third party service, Mailchimp to send out promotional and group e-shot’s. If you have opted in to marketing and promotional materials, your information will be stored within this software until either consent is withdrawn or we no longer deem the communication necessary.

Social Media Platforms:
We use numerous third party providers, Hootsuite, Twitter & Instagram to manage our social media interactions.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite & the social media platform for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
